The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions and the grand bazaar. In the evening, the atmosphere in the nearby square was magical. The staff, especially Yasser, were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They even offered us great deals on sightseeing tours. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Istanbul.
While the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the breakfast menu remained the same every day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was in the middle of Istanbul and close to everything. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms with a balcony, as it provided a nice view and a breath of fresh air. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great bonus.
Everything was great, no complaints at all.

The breakfast is delicious and varied, offering a great start to the day. the hotel offers a roof terrace with a good view.
One negative aspect is that the hotel rooms are somewhat smaller than expected.

The hotel facilities were great, withvery comfy and tidy rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very near to all the local attractions. It was just a short walk to the blue mosque area, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and Basilica Cistern. Plus, there were plenty of transportation options nearby, including metro stations. the convenience of this location made it easy for me to explore this city's main tourist sights.
